CETAFLAM® DB SERIES - DYEBATH APPLICABLE

These unique formulations are capable of achieving high specification flame retardant properties. On polyester application is during the high temperature dyeing process and for wool or wool/polyamide blends as a dyebath aftertreatment

CETAFLAM® DB WN 240
Flame retardant for 100% wool, nylon and wool/nylon blends. Durable to dry cleaning and neutral detergent washing. Applicable by exhaustion.
CETAFLAM® DTB Liquid
Durable flame retardant for wool and wool/nylon blends. Used in combination with the Zirpro® process to reduce after-flaming times and minimise heat release.
CETAFLAM® DB 168
Used in conjunction with CETAFLAM® DB 9 to achieve optimum flame retardant properties. Keeps fibre and machines free from redeposition of oligomer.
CETAFLAM® DB 7
Applicable by exhaustion methods to 100% polyester and blends, particularly with wool. Imparts a durable flame retardancy during the dyeing cycle, suitable for stock , yarn or piece applications. Suitable for high temperature or atmospheric applications.
CETAFLAM® DB 9
Applicable by exhaustion methods to 100% polyester and blends particularly with wool. Imparts durable flame retardancy during the dyeing cycle. Suitable for stock, yarn or piece applications at high temperature or atmospheric conditions.
CETAFLAM® DB.PHFZ
Durable flame retardant for wool applied together with Zirconium Acetate to achieve Zirpro® flame retardant finishes. When applied with CETAFLAM® DTB liquid reduces after-flame times and minimises heat release properties. Zirpro is a registered trade mark of The Wool Mark Company.
