The formulation of company policy and the development of a ‘quality’ culture is the responsibility of management but every member of staff is encouraged to participate in the search for continual improvement in quality standards.
In the search for continual improvement the company produces stated objectives which are measurable and achievable and are subject to constant review and updating.
We also carry out regular structured internal audits of our processes and use formal review meetings to assess our business performance and our compliance against the ISO 9001: 2008 standard.
To achieve the quality standards we have set ourselves it is necessary to have a total commitment from the management of the company. This is demonstrated through a review/approval of this Quality Policy at the Bi-annual Management Review.
