Avocet commits to Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Gateway program

In response to the Greenpeace Detox campaign, a group of major apparel and footwear brands and retailers made a shared commitment to help lead the industry towards zero discharge of hazardous chemicals (ZDHC) by 2020. Whilst this deadline has now passed and Greenpeace having stepped away from being actively involved many in the global textile industry are still fully committed to moving this project forward to try achieve the original objectives and much more.

Avocet has always been committed to the highest standards of product safety and has been working to the ZDHC MRSL guidelines for all our products for many years. Now we have taken the next step of actively joining the ZDHC Gateway program.

To find a list of Avocet's products that meet the stringent testing parameters and to ensure compliance with the latest versions of the Manufactured Restricted Substance List (MRSL) please contact us for an invite to the Gateway program.
