REACH
EU Chemicals Regulation REACH which came into force on 1st June 2007.

REF: EU REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and UK REACH (S1 2019/578 & SI 202/1577) concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals
As a downstream user of substances we have consulted with all our suppliers to ascertain their intentions regarding REACH within both the EU and UK to ensure continuity of supply and that our uses are covered by the relevant registrations.
- We have carried out a supplier audit and can confirm that all our raw materials are either REACH Registered with ECHA and/or UK REACH, covered by DUIN for UK REACH, exempt from REACH or below the level where Registration is necessary.
- SVHC lists are constantly monitored and any changes will be reflected in the latest safety data sheets (SDS).
We can assure you that the interests of our customers are our first priority.
